Summary:Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to provide support to the New York GHA and Kempenski North American Sales team. Based in the Omni New York Global Sales Center,
The ideal candidate will provide joint support for the sales efforts to maximize segment revenues through the direct sales. This role will aid in coordinating sales activities in addition to office administration tasks on behalf of the GHA members with special focus placed on the Kempinski North American Sales team.

•To act as main contact for all GHA members in order to support sales efforts and provide support to the Kempinski staff in NYGSO.
•Administrative support including phone coverage, internal brand/hotel and client communication, travel coordination, expense reports and tracking, sales calls and meeting preparation and follow-up as well as other administrative tasks.
•Coordinate sales activities between the individual GHA members for their respective markets.
•Maintain and update revenue production database & reports
•To assist team members with pre/post sales trips, Sales Blitzes, Road Show & Trade Show organization and special projects and events as directed by the Director, Travel Industry & International Sales
•Assist with the development of internal and external presentation materials including PowerPoint presentations, webinar content, advertisements, marketing and collateral
•Maintain balance sheets and expense checkbooks
•Aid in the quarterly goal assessment process for corporate directors & managers
•Assist with other projects as needed
•Equivalent education and experience preferred
•2- 4 years administrative experience preferred
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook,Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
•Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, Nexus/Lanyon preferred
