Job Code: GRA Division: Parker House Location: Boston, MA US Travel Involved: None Job Type: Full Time Job Level: Entry Education: High school diploma or equivalent Skills: Rooms ->Housekeeping Category: Customer Service,Housekeeping Compensation: Position Summary: This is a seasonal full-time position. The candidate will be responsible for servicing an assigned number of guest rooms (15 credits) as well as maintaining the hallway in front of the guestroom doors. This individual will respond to all guest requests appropriately, keep the supply cart neat and organized at all times, and check all equipment prior to and after its use to ensure that it is in proper working order. This individual is also responsible for removing room service tables and trays from guest rooms and handing in any articles to a supervisor or returning them to the dispatcher's office immediately. Requirements: - Must be able to work varied shifts, both AM and PM, including weekends and holidays - Must have good communication skills in order to respond to direct guest requests - Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility throughout shift (up to 6 hours at a time) - Must be able to exert well-paced ability in a limited space - Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks - Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment - Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs on a regular and continuing basis Apply on Company Website |
