Position Summary:

The Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is currently looking for
Ideal Service phone operators for the 2013 summer season.
Essential Functions:

• Answer console.

• Direct phone calls to appropriate Personnel.

• Assist all guests and associates.

• Log all
guest complaints, issues work orders in Synergy and Epitome.

• Wake-up calls.

• Understand all
emergency procedures.

• Understand all radio signals

• Understand all amenities and services of the
Resort

• Understand all Moments of Service scenarios

• Telephone and keyboard, pen/pencil, photo-copying
machine, computer and printer
Radio, Nextel and facsimile
machine

Requirements:

Operator experience in a full service hotel
preferred.

Seeking enthusiastic and passionate individual with a
smiling voice and outgoing personality.

Ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills,
both verbal and written.

Must possess strong customer service skills and be computer
literate.
