Position Summary:

The Four-Diamond Omni Severin Hotel is seeking a skilled
Production Cook.

Requirements:

* Must have experience in both banquet &
restaurant production.

* Ability to stand for extended periods.

* Must be able to work in extreme tempuratures.

* Must be able to bend and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.

* Must have basic knowledge of cooking procedures and
styles.

* Must have knowledge of basic line and mise en place
prodcedures.

* Must be available to work flexible schedule including
weekends and evenings.
