Position Summary:

The Reservation Sales Agent position provides guests with superior
customer service through the inbound reservation sales process. A
Sales Associate must possess a high degree of customer service and
sales skills along with excellent verbal and communication skills.
This role requires multi-tasking (talking, typing, maneuvering
through multiple screens) while booking/changing room reservations.
The four week training class for this position begins on April
15, 2013 from 9:00am – 4:30pm.

The hours of the reservation center are 6:00am -12:00am. Work
schedules are issued on a quarter basis. Currently recruiting for
part time (20-25 hours) and full time (40 hours) shifts.

Targeted floating schedules will consist of :

· Mid – Start times range from 10:30 am to
1:30 pm- Latest end time will be at 10:00 pm

· PM – Start times range from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
-Latest end time will be 12:00 Midnight
Pay Structure
- Competitive starting wage with incentives offered on
top of base wages.
- Evening and Weekend differential:
Differential of $2.00 per hour between the hours of 5:00pm-12:00am
and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

Language Speakers: Recruiting for Spanish and French speakers. $1.00
differential paid in addition to base rate.
