Position Summary:

Essential
Functions:

¨ Station set-up

¨ Stock needed supplies in side stands.

¨ Clean-up of coffee machines and prepared
coffee.

¨ Set-up tea station, cut lemons, prepare
butter.

¨ Get ice supply.

¨ Dust all tables to include table legs.

¨ Receive rolls and put in warmers.

¨ Put milk in refrigerators and set-up
creamers.

¨ Pre-set breadbaskets lined with napkins.

¨ Pick-up linen and fold napkins. Drop dirty linen in laundry.

¨ Check off and pick-up storeroom
supplies.

¨ Set tables with clean, pressed linen, china, silver and
glassware.

¨ Polish silverware and glassware.

¨ Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according
to specifications.

¨ Assist servers during meal period.

¨ Remove any extra settings.

¨ Pour water and refill soft drinks.

¨ Serve rolls and butter as specified.

¨ Set up and break down buffets for breakfast
and lunch.

¨ Maintain cleanliness in the buffet area,
refrigerators, hot and cold wells.

Requirements:

Must be able to communicate in
English.Must be able to lift 20lbs.

To assist servers in any way
possible to ensure proper and courteous
service.

Keep the restaurant, side stations, and
buffet areas clean at all times.
Must be TABC certified

Must be ableto work weekends and holidays.
