Job Code: 2013-0014 Division: Jacksonville Location: Jacksonville, FL US Travel Involved: None Job Type: Part Time Job Level: Experienced Education: High school diploma or equivalent Skills: Category: Housekeeping Compensation: Position Summary: Respond to all guest request appropriately. Always greet guests with a smile and call them by name whenever possible Depending on the volume, is responsible to provide turndown for assigned number of guest rooms To provide full servicing of guests rooms upon request Removes room service trays from guests rooms Responsible for reporting all service/product defects, and measuring process atributes as applicable Requirements: Necessary Abilities: Ability to communicate well and maintain good interpersonal relations with others; ability to respond to guest requests; ability to clean or straighten guest room (see essential job functions of guest room attendant); ability to fold back bed spread neatly; ability to fill bus pan and individual ice buckets with ice; ability to fold towels; ability to complete established turndown service taking no longer than 15 minutes per room; extensive mobility within work station, including mobility between floors of hotel; ability to push cart containing towels and ice; ability to work extra hours as needed. Essential Equipment: Push cart, ice scoop, and if cleaning of room is required, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, gloves. Apply on Company Website |
