The Opportunity:

You will be in direct contact with clients to answer questions, setup their technology to fit their needs and meet our standards, and provide them with any necessary training to help them get the most out of their technology. We will give you extensive training, show you how closely we work with our clients, and expose you to the kind of high-end tech support we provide: everything from smart phones to smart homes, hardware to software.

This position is designed to develop your skills and allow you to grow into a senior position in one of the following areas:

-Project Management / Client Relations / On-Site Support
-Advanced Tech Support / New Technology Research
-Home Automation Programming, Installation, and Support
-In-Person and On-Site Client Training for Personal Technology

Great Extras:
Experience in working with customers in sales or support.
Any technology based certifications.
Working knowledge of programming in any language.
Extensive experience in using technology to create and share content.
Broad understanding of technology concepts.
Degree or enrolled in Art, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Communication, Business, Marketing, or Others.

What if I don't have a lot of technology experience?
More than anything, we are seeking people who really enjoy interacting with and helping others and can be counted on to do what they say they will do. If you dont have tech-related experience but are at least comfortable using a computer, we can train you as long as technology interests you and you are ready to invest the time.
