The OppenheimerFunds social media team is responsible for planning and execution of the firm's social media marketing strategy. The social media team is currently cultivating an audience on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and the OppenheimerFunds blog, as well as proprietary communities. In addition, the social media team manages the YouTube and SlideShare presences for content syndication, and investigates new platforms. As part of the Digital Strategy Group, the social media team leads the interaction strategy, design, community management, and project management of the firm's social media platforms. The team works directly with the Marketing and Technology functions, and other partners throughout the firm, to build social experiences that engage our core audiences of financial advisors, individual investors, and institutional investors.
The Social Media Associate reports directly to the Head of Social Media. We are looking for a motivated, thoughtful, outgoing individual with a passion for social conversation that accomplishes specific business goals.
