-Assist in the recruitment process
-Promote the program via emails, newsletters
-Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
-Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs
-Coaching skills to provide feedback and counsel to candidates and associates to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction
