Join P.F. Chang's and become our Paralegal at the Home Office in North Scottsdale! Working directly with in-house and outside counsel, this position will be responsible for providing day-to-day support of employment-related legal matters, assisting the human resources team, and on-going compliance and legislative research and reporting. He / she will have a high level of professionalism, confidence and integrity, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Primary responsibilities include the following:
•Provide day-to-day support to in-house counsel managing employment-related litigation, federal and state agency inquiries and proceedings, legal research, employment matters, and internal compliance initiatives
•Collaborate cross-departmentally and with operations to gather, analyze, and produce information responsive and/or related to discovery requests, investigations, and internal initiatives
•Review initial drafts of pleadings, discovery, position statements, and correspondence
•Work directly with outside counsel
•Assist in-house counsel, outside counsel and human resources team with employment matters, achieving internal initiatives, and research
•Monitor relevant federal and state legislation and associated impact, and present to corporate business partners
•Compile, analyze, and manage information and data related to internal metrics and reporting, and present to corporate business partners

•B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited college or university required
•5+ years working as a Paralegal with relevant experience required
•Advanced understanding of concepts related to employment litigation and federal and state agency proceedings
•Ability to analyze and understand legal and business concepts related to compliance issues
•Excellent communication and analytical skills
•Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to effectively manage a high-volume workload
•High-level of professionalism, confidence, and integrity, with the ability to build relationships and interface successfully cross-departmentally and with operations
•Paralegal certificate preferred
