Partnership for Southern Equity (PSE) was founded in 2008 by a group of concerned Atlanta-based stakeholders, who after attending PolicyLinks National Summit on Equitable Development, Social Justice and Smart Growth in New Orleans decided to act. PSE pushes for policies and actions that promote equity and shared prosperity in metropolitan Atlanta. Through forums, research, and organizing efforts, PSE brings together the regional community to lift up and encourage just, sustainable, and civic practices for balanced growth and opportunity.One of PSEs initiatives is The Metro Atlanta Equity Atlas (MAEA).It is a regional mapping project which tells a comprehensive story of the current state of the metro region across eight focus areas: demographics, economic development, education, environment, health, housing, public safety and transportation.

We are looking for interns to contribute to the organizations, particularly the Metro Atlanta Equity Atlas(MAEA) online outreach and promotion, primarily through Twitter and Facebook.
