Working with Phillips Development's Construction Services Department applicants will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced Development Enviornment. Applicants will assist the Construction Services Department in the construction of current projects and in the estimating and deal sizing of future projects. Applicants will also work closely with our property managment division to seamlessly transfer buildings from completion to lease up.
