Title: CNC Machinist
Location: WI-null
Perform start-up, operation and shut down of CNC Mill. Must have knowledge of all machine codes and their proper functions and format. Responsible for proper setting of height offsets, cutter compression and floating zeros. Use of basic hand tools, including calipers, micrometers, gages and various other hand tools. Must maintain proper feeds and speeds on the various types of materials used in the shop.

Perform start-up, operation and shutdown of CNC lathe. Must have knowledge of all machine codes and their proper functions and format. Responsible for proper setting of height offsets, cutter compensation and floating zeros.
Experience in machine tool technology.
Ability to read blueprints and set-up sheets.
Requires knowledge of all machine codes and their proper functions, including canned cycles and related codes "G" "M" codes and "I" and "J" centers when using circulat interpolation.

2nd Shift Hours - 2:25pm to 10:55pm, Monday thru Friday
3rd Shift Hours- 10:50pm to 6:05am, Starts Sun night

This position may require you to submit to and pass a drug test and/or background check.
If this is a hands-on position, you may also be required to pass a safety and productivity examination.
