Title: ERP Inter (Systems Eng Inter)
Location: AZ-null
Performs configuration of network support applications. Administers user accounts on access control servers and network monitoring servers. Configures monitoring applications with device information. Analyzes application and server logs to identify faults and performance issues. Provides assistance to network analysts with regard to proper tool utilization. Performs audits of internal tool databases. Updates and maintains records for tracking identified system vulnerabilities. Performs patches and upgrades of related software packages to maintain system integrity. Develops and maintains appropriate system documentation to ensure that documentation is current and published to the document library.

Qualifications:

Education/Equivalent Training Required

BS Degree or 5 Years relevant experince

Requires CompTIA Security

Requires Secret Security Clearance

Desirable certifications: Cisco CCNA, Network , Linux

Experience

Requires 2-5 years experience

. Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.

. Experience with TACACS and RADIUS protocols.

. Experience with tools using the Simple Network Monitoring Protocol (SNMP).

. Experience configuring Cisco and Juniper network devices.

. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

. Communicate effectively on paper, via e-mail, over the phone, or in person.

Desirable Experience

. Familiar with BMC Network Automation software.

. Familiar with CA eHealth Performance Manager software.

. Familiar with CA Spectrum Infrastructure Manager software.

. Familiar with NetScout software.

. Familiar with MySQL and Oracle database usage (standard SQL).

. Familiar with BASH and Perl scripting.

This position may require you to submit to and pass a drug test and/or background check.
If this is a hands-on position, you may also be required to pass a safety and productivity examination.
