PDS Tech Inc seeks Escalation Software Engineers to help build the next generation backup & disaster recovery technology. This is a technical support role with opportunity to move into development.

You will be assisting with problems escalated to engineering;

Software performance, conflicts, bugs

Hardware failure

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree 2 Yrs experience

C# / C

Able to communicate with customers

Debugging of applications / Programming / Testing

Windows server installation, integration, configuration – SQL, Exchange, Registry, Kernel

Network connectivity troubleshooting

Exchange back-end troubleshooting

Active Directory installation / configuration

SQL experience (troubleshooting, not DBA)

Linux (lightweight) configuration / installation

This position may require you to submit to and pass a drug test and/or background check.
