Title: Master Scheduler

The Master Scheduler is responsible for long range planning and scheduling of new construction projects to meet all demands and achieving operation objectives. This person will also need to effectively communicate across company functional areas, including engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, sales and marketing and accounting.

The Master Scheduler will develop, monitor and update high level and detail project schedules, identify and resolve schedule constraints, monitor resource allocation, and be a key participant in the bidding function. Qualified candidates will also need to participate in hull block structure development, and develop manpower resource requirements for projects.
Qualified applicants will have a BS degree and 3 years as a Scheduler or High School diploma plus 7 years of relevant Scheduling experience. Previous experience in a manufacturing scheduling environment and shipbuilding knowledge is required along with being computer literate in MRP Systems (BAAN) and Scheduling Software Primavera. EVMS knowledge is preferred.

This position may require you to submit to and pass a drug test and/or background check.
If this is a hands-on position, you may also be required to pass a safety and productivity examination.
