Title: SAP Techno/Functional Consultant

PDS Tech is seeking a SAP Techno/Functional Consultant for an open position.

SAP Techno/Functional Consultant for business process reengineering project across multiple functional domains (Project Systems, Sales & Distribution, Travel & Expense and Time Reporting, HCM)
- Programmer/analyst to transform functional specifications into SAP technical solution
• 8 years experience working with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
• 5 years experience working with SAP Resource Related Billing (RRB)
• 3 years of SAP Professional Services
• Working Knowledge of SAP SRM and CATS
- Develop technical specifications using the functional specifications document
- Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions utilizing SAP core capabilities as well as enhancement solutions.
- Develop and execute unit test plans to meet functional and technical requirements
- Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing configuration and BAPI/BADI implementations across multiple functional domains

• 6 years experience working with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
• 4 years experience working with SAP Resource Related Billing (RRB)
• 3 years of SAP Professional Services and Project Systems with strong working knowledge of SAP SRM and CATs
• Working Knowledge of SAP SRM and CATS

• Strong Technical Knowledge of the above SAP modules
• Solid SAP technical knowledge
- Ability to perform detailed analysis of configuration, data and BAPI implementations
- Detailed Knowledge of core SAP tables in the specific functional areas.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in CATS/HCM but with impacts across other functional areas.
Ability to review ABAP code and debug
- Strong knowledge of Workflow related functionality as it related to time entry , approval and the portal based Univeral Work List (UWL)
- Strong knowledge and experience in delivered/core SAP functionality in the areas of CATS/HCM.
- Interact with business clients to obtain understanding of business needs.
- Transform business requirements into technical solutions utilizing core SAP capabilities as well as enhancements / custom solutions.
- Ability to guide other developers in implementing solutions based on self developed technical specifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues by analysing configuration, BAPI/BADI implementations across functional domains
• Strong IT development and SDLC skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally as part of a team as well as an independently
• Must be a good team player, detail oriented, resourceful, motivated and creative
• Provides timely and accurate status on job assignments
• Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
• Recognizes areas of opportunity and make recommendations for improvement
• Identify issues to leads and/or management and provide possible solutions
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

This position may require you to submit to and pass a drug test and/or background check. If this is a hands-on position, you may also be required to pass a safety and productivity examination.
