Requirements:

' MD degree
' Completion of a U.S. Family Medicine Residency (36 months) accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)
' Unrestricted license to practice medicine within the State of Oregon
' Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine

Qualifications:
We are seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Provider with solid clinical skills.
