Perfect Prescription is a New York-based monthly event that has been occurring at various venues over the past 2 1/2 years. Our mission is:

1. to create an environment where fans of psychedelic rock and shoegaze music can congregate and have a nightlife experience free of thumping house beats and frat boys, without having to pay an arm and a leg for it
2. to support local bands who play psychedelic music and connect them with an appreciative audience
3. to bring awareness to the psychedelic music scene in general

We book bands that fit the Perfect Prescription aesthetic, feature guest DJs, and use visuals and lighting to create an immersive, multi-media sensory experience.
