Job Summary
As Territory Manager, you'll cover the Western US territory, targeting architects and designers in the hospitality industry, as well as supporting existing customers. If you're ready to make an impact by filling that gap, meeting the needs of your clients, and increasing our market share, all while building a strong career for yourself; this opportunity could be your perfect fit. This role will support both our Pfister and Baldwin product lines.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Primary:
•National PL Sales and Profit Responsibility for Hospitality Business within territory
•Develop Manage the Sales Plan for the Hospitality Territory identified
•Manage and Evaluate Existing Agency Representative Sales Force/Hire, Train, and Develop New Agencies per Sales Plan
•Manage Existing Customer Accounts and Develop New Account Growth per Sales Plan (Sales # and Customer Programming)
•Support Strategic National Accounts located within region for Hospitality and Channel per Sales Plan (Sales # and Customer Programming)

Secondary:
•Support Drive Standardized Customer Programming for Hospitality Channel (w/ marketing leadership)
•Support Development of Hospitality Commercial Plan (w/ marketing leadership)
•Support Streamlined Hospitality Job Quote and New Customer Set-Up Process (w/ marketing leadership)
•Support and drive Hospitality Sales Tracking Reports, Methodology, and Process (w/ marketing leadership)
•Develop and Manage SGA Budget for Hospitality Region

Job Expectations:
•Support Lead Tracking System for Sales Representatives
•Develop at Least 4 Regional Strategic Corporate Accounts for Hospitality Segment
•Create Relationships and Achieve Specification thru at least 5 Hospitality Design Firms in Region
•Accurately Forecast New Business to achieve Customer Shipment Expectations

Travel 40% of the Time to Work with Agencies and Customer Base

Education and Experience Profile

•Bachelors degree
•5 years prior relevant experience
•Experience and demonstrated capabilities in strategic thinking and planning

Required Skills
•Product and industry knowledge extremely desirable
•Familiarity with hospitality channel
•Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
•Sound financial skills
•Strong negotiations skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Ability to manage multiple priorities
