We work directly with our cross-functional and cross-discipline partners, including marketing, clinical specialists, service personnel and RD, to deliver solutions which exceed our customers' expectations.  


 



o    Performs the installation and customer acceptance of SPECT,  PET/CT and PET/MRI equipment.


 


o    Performs on-site day-to-day installation activities and coordinates the complete installation actions. Involving extensive interaction with BU Sales, BU CS, GSSI / KM SCM and KM CS.


 


o    Provides on the job training for local engineer during Installation for the product to enhance fse experience levels.


 


o    Provides feedback to BU on product development by focus on the delivery/installation of new or existing products to customers.


 


o    Monitors the project from initiation through to delivery. Performs final acceptance testing per documented standards. Completes all required installation reports for the BU / SSR / KM.


 


o    Participates in installation of Beta site equipment and software. When not installing equipment, may be called upon for level-2 technical support, installation quality inspections, complex FCO's involvement and/or installation process improvement and cost reduction programs.


 


 
 
 


         Perform field installations of SPECT, PET/CT and PET/MRI Equipment at Customer sites.


 


         Coordinate activities between local, regional, and BU resources.


 


         Perform quality inspections and acceptance testing of installed equipment.


 


         Assist with Beta site/NPI installations of hardware and software.


 


Provide level-2 technical support to field service and support personnel.


 


 


 
 
 
 
Education


 


A minimum of Degree or equivalent in electronics, or equivalent work experience is required.


 


Proven ability to work independently and be self-directed.


 


Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills in English.


 


 


Practical experience  


 


Five (5) years experience with Philips Nuclear Medicine, SPECT, CT, or PET/CT product lines preferred.


 


Detailed technical knowledge of SPECT and PET/CT imaging systems. Experienced CT Systems engineers also considered. MRI experience is advantageous.
