We are adding a Clinical Specialist in the Great Lakes Region. Candidate must live near major airport ideally in: Cincinnati, OH, Chicago, IL or Detroit, MI. Also, seeking a Clinical Specialist based in Texas. Your Challenge: Represent and champion clinical applications support needs for Invivo Patient Monitoring customers and new product development. Focus on clinical uses, education and improving customer workflows within Great Lakes Region. Travel could exceed 75%. Candidate must live near a major airport. Your Responsibilities: The Invivo Clinical Specialist conducts on-site education and consulting on Invivo products. The individual in this role is expected to support establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations. When needed the individual will develop, maintain and deliver applications focused training on the equipment and accessories. Applies product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues where needed. Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with internal partners and key accounts as identified by management. Your Team: The Clinical Product Specialist reports to the Senior Manager, Product Support. This individual works closely within the organizations (i.e. Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and with end users in post-sale situations. Supporting 8-9 Account Managers within assigned territory Critical Competencies: Communication Project Management Organization Continuous Learning Professionalism and Teamwork Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Clinical degree (i.e. Registered Nurse) preferred Minimum of 5+ years of successful relevant clinical experience Magnetic Resonance (MR) Experience a plus Ability to understand, convey, and teach others the clinical aspects and technical use of the specific assigned products.
