Your Challenge:
In the project/program management area this role is responsible for supporting the VP HR with all activities within the Annual “HR Calendar' such as talent management, compensation (including coordinating annual and long term incentives), performance management, development planning, coordinating the employee engagement survey and process and other Organizational Development initiatives and HR projects as required.
Relating to the Human Resources Business Partner aspect of the role: Supports our Sleep and Respiratory Care business, OSA New Product Development. As a member of the client group's management team the Senior Manager HR Business Partner will participate in the executive of the strategic planning process, ensuring the optimum organization structures, leveraging the Philips Talent Management program to ensure leadership bench strength, attract and retain talent, and implementing reward practices, and execute performance management processes which are integrated within the overall business plans.
Relating to the Project / Program part of the role: Related to the Project / Program part of the role:
Experience with professional staffs across research and development, design, marketing, and similar functions are required.
Must have experience in high level business partnering with senior management, experience in diagnosing organizational issues and providing solutions; must have demonstrated experience in organizational design, performance management, talent management and change management.
Previous experience as a leadership team member is highly desirable. Matrix organization and shared service model experience is preferred. Some international travel will be required.
The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and strong project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline required. MBA strongly preferred.
