Your Challenge:
This is a dual role of a HR Project Program Manager and HR Business Partner.


 


In the project/program management area this role is responsible for supporting the VP HR with all activities within the Annual “HR Calendar' such as talent management, compensation (including coordinating annual and long term incentives), performance management, development planning, coordinating the employee engagement survey and process and other Organizational Development initiatives and HR projects as required.


 


Relating to the Human Resources Business Partner aspect of the role:


Supports our Sleep and Respiratory Care business, OSA New Product Development. As a member of the client group's management team the Senior Manager HR Business Partner will participate in the executive of the strategic planning process, ensuring the optimum organization structures, leveraging the Philips Talent Management program to ensure leadership bench strength, attract and retain talent, and implementing reward practices, and execute performance management processes which are integrated within the overall business plans.


 


Relating to the Project / Program part of the role:
Drive and co-ordinate global employee engagement process
Drive and co-ordinate the People Performance Management process (performance reviews and development planning)
Support the BG Talent Review process
Coordinate the roll-out of long term incentives
Support the Annual Incentive roll-out (effective cascading of Strategic Operational Objectives)
Support the design and roll out of key Organizational Development initiatives and ensure effective communication to HR community and leadership teams


Related to the Project / Program part of the role:
Align and execute the business and people strategies to drive business growth and performance; formulate and implement HR initiatives which support business growth. Actively participate as a member of the leadership team in each client group to achieve alignment.
Create opportunities for leadership development, and ensure all associates have development plans to continuously expand leadership and technical capability pipelines. Support client groups as plans are executed by providing guidance on resources and effective methods to meet identified needs.
Diagnose problems in client groups and find solutions. Implement actions to improve individual and organizational performance. Use resources available from other parts of the company effectively.
Create and implement effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change, e.g. acquisition, internal growth, restructurings, leadership acceleration.
Coach leaders and emerging talent to develop and enhance their personal leadership style and management effectiveness. Ensure training needs are captured and built into budget cycles. Monitor the return on investment as training programs are delivered.
Advise client groups to improve employee engagement using every touch point, ensuring that culture and behavior encourage all associates to give fully of their capabilities and be appropriately rewarded and recognized in return.
Manage roll out and advise on routine processes such as performance management  training.



Your Profile:
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR generalist roles and/or supporting organizational development design and roll out of key initiatives.


 


Experience with professional staffs across research and development, design, marketing, and similar functions are required.


 


Must have experience in high level business partnering with senior management, experience in diagnosing organizational issues and providing solutions; must have demonstrated experience in organizational design, performance management, talent management and change management.


 


Previous experience as a leadership team member is highly desirable. Matrix organization and shared service model experience is preferred. Some international travel will be required.


 


The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and strong project management skills.


 


Bachelor's degree in any discipline required. MBA strongly preferred.
