Job Description:

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for coordinating and maintaining an effective bakery shop through direct contact with the staff.

Job Requirements:

Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience in doughs, decorations and bakery displays. Knowledge of scratch bread products. Ability to coordinate work flow. These skills are typically acquired through a minimum of five years' experience in retail and hotel baking.
