This position is will be located in Dallas, Texas.
The Player Development Executive is responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for guests and employees, promoting and retaining a highly skilled work force. The incumbent is also responsible for identifying, cultivating and bringing casino high value customers to Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. Must be results driven with skills in building and leveraging a powerful internal and external network to develop new casino customers, and maintain productive relationships with existing customers to insure repeat visits to casino.

Responsible for actively identifying and developing new slot and table game customers while maintaining rapport with existing casino guests within a designated targeting region, and effectively meet required sales benchmarks.
Meets and greets potential customers at events and promotions.
Understands and applies complimentary policies in accordance with company guidelines.
Makes room, restaurant, show, spa, limo, plane, and golf reservations for the new and
existing casino patrons and ensures that guest accommodations and verifications are accomplished in a professional manner
Assists in the resolution of customer challenges. Provides consistent, timely and accurate information and finds an answer when unsure.
Will act as a user of Host Connection to contact prospects and casino customers on a regular basis through telemarketing, direct mail and special events invitations to increase the number of return trips to casino.
Market Awareness - must be knowledgeable of competitor customer programs.
Make recommendations for new programs and promotional activities that will stimulate and return new business in market for high end customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such safety rules, operating and maintenance, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to apply commonsense, understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per gaming regulations.
Ability to work in a drug free environment and pass a chemical dependency test as required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be eligible for and able to obtain a gaming license.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English both orally and written
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years experience in casino sales, casino marketing, gaming industry or other outside sales.
Experience in a customer service or public relations field preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills; legible handwriting.
