We are looking for interns to work with our consultants to aid them in sourcing and recruiting prospective candidates. In this role, the intern will learn our process: we perform a national search through referrals using our vast network to find those passive candidates that best match our client's technical and cultural needs. After our team has interviewed the candidates and checked references, we determine those top candidates for our client. We stay with the client and candidate throughout every step of the process to ensure the easiest possible transition into hiring the client's new employee.
