Need an all-around go getter, good at research, smart, hard working, and honest.

Must sign NDA and ensure confidentiality and appropriate intellectual property on
all work products....ie I own the deliverables after you build them, not you!

Internship is unpaid but virtual (work from your pajamas if you want!) and very flexible (no set hours). In return, you get great start-up experience and an awesome letter of recommendation from a Wall Street executive (who might also be willing to help you get a job at a great investment bank!)

Tasks will include things such as: Researching start-up topics, helping with projected financials on business plan, competitive market analysis, liaising with vendors (web designers, product suppliers, etc), creating and executing social media marketing strategy (facebook, twitter, etc).
