The role of the Studio Artist is to deliver best-in-class courses to licensed hairdressers. This includes courses in hair color, cutting and styling per each brand in the Wella Professionals portfolio. Thorough knowledge and accurate delivery of each product, technique and formulation is necessary. The Artist must be able to work in a collaborative manner with the other Studio Artists and our Guest Artist instructors. They are responsible for organizing and communicating all class needs that they lead to their team at the Studio. Thorough preparation/set up for all classes and breakdown required. Artists are responsible for recording all administrative tracking into the PG systems for payroll, absence, etc. in with complete accuracy and on time. The Studio Artist must be able to travel 4-5 times per year. The Artist role is one that requires energy and enthusiasm while teaching to engage the student throughout the class.
