The Analytical Lab Technology Leaders with a Chemistry Degree are hired to provide leadership and training to support laboratory systems and testing. They work closely with the Lab Leader to drive business and compliance results.
- Responsible for building organizational capability and technical mastery of laboratory personnel, Lead and own Trackwise investigations, Instrument Troubleshooting, Maintenance Systems, Approved Chemicals List and MSDS, Method Transfer and Training, Stability Chambers, Evaluation of new projects (initiatives) to determine impact to quality, CSS reviewer, APR testing, Cleaning validation support, Lab notebooking, Lead OOS Investigations, and SAP.
The Analytical Lab Technology Leader must have skills or demonstrate ability to learn about Laboratory systems and component testing. They are responsible for the laboratory system development, components testing, CSS technical standard review.
Candidates must have excellent problem solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects, good oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Strong word processing and problem solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness and follow-up, strong organizational skills; must be able to set priorities and work independently. Requires individuals that can manage a demanding work load, and balance self-managed task/projects along with management support needs.

- Minimum BA/BS in Chemistry or relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years recent experience (within last 3 years) working in Analytical Lab. A strong background in GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance is beneficial.
- In depth knowledge of Analytical testing equipment (HPLC, GC, ICP, FTIR, viscometers, DSC, Horiba, Karl Fisher, etc.) to include analytical techniques, investigation and root causing and good laboratory practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills is preferred
