Knowledge equivalent to two-years of college level training in Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Transcription and Word Processing. One-year experience required to ensure thorough knowledge of medical terminology and the guidelines & practices of medical transcription. Previous experience with hospital information systems desirable. Experience with Powerscribe preferred. (~).
