Prudential is looking for high energy individuals as Account Associates to facilitate the processing of new business life insurance applications.
 
The Account Associate is responsible for service activities that may be organized by product line, or by producers (i.e., captive agents, independent agents/brokers) who are purchasing or have already purchased life insurance products, providing problem resolution and operations and administrative support. Respond to requests (phone calls and e-mails), research records to resolve discrepancies, or coordinate case handling to ensure customer focus. The calls and e-mails are related to new business cases in the underwriting, issue and placement process.  Directly handle basic inquiries, interact with other internal functions (i.e., sales/marketing and operations) and partner with sales to enhance producer relationships, focusing on service support. Typically has a minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
 

• 2-4 years previous customer service experience is desired 
• Case manager experience helpful 
• Good communication skills 
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
