DescriptionThis role is responsible for the daily production of wire transfers, ACH activity and checks. Serves as a point of contact for various financial institutions. Works closely with other business units in order to research and resolve Treasury related issues. Monitors daily cash flow activity.
Principle Duties: Process daily wire transfer/ACH activity for the business unit. Process daily check activity. Monitor bank account balances for overdrafts and posting errors. Research wire transfer/ACH related issues. Serve as a contact for the business unit with the various financial institutions and Prudential Corporate entities. Reviewing processes and making recommendations for automation, streamlining, and quality improvement. Bachelors degree in Accounting. Three years prior Mortgage Loan Servicing - Accounting experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential. Ability to multi-task and work independently in a time sensitive environment. Overtime may be required during peak periods (month end, quarter end, etc). Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Lotus Notes). Apply on Company Website |
