Description

Prudential Asset Resources is seeking a Project Manager.  This position will be located in Dallas, Texas, and report to the Vice President of Accounting/Finance within Prudential Asset Resources.  Prudential Asset Resources is a subsidiary of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company and one of the largest commercial and multifamily mortgage servicing firms in the nation.  Assets under management include: CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and insurance company general account loans.  The Company is a rated Primary, Master, and Special Servicer.  Prudential Mortgage Capital Company is a diversified mortgage lender with a 125-year commitment to the commercial real estate market.


 
The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, oversight, and management of related initiatives/projects, for both Servicing and Accounting, and integrating corporate initiatives and accounting regulatory reporting requirements across the platform by performing the following duties:
 
Position Summary:
  • Process analysis to improve efforts across multiple units and integrate multiple work flows to ensure customer focus, consistency and effective utilization of resources.

  • Provide support for quality and metric testing.

  • Facilitate process improvement teams to improve processes, design new ones, or address workflow issues for group.

  • Facilitate enhancements to systems, reports, metrics and general reporting.

 

  • Accounting or Finance degree, with CPA preferred
  • Experience with initiating, prioritizing, planning and implementing multiple projects and operational process improvement efforts.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial mortgage loan servicing industry and a minimum of 5-7 years experience in a process improvement/project role.
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong technical systems skills (data analysis and interpretation, queries, reconciliation
  • Strong understanding of metrics, metric reporting, and quality standards.
  • Strong Project management skills (manage and facilitate diverse groups locally/remote)
  • Ability to develop practical and creative solutions to most complex problems, fully addressing systems, automation, procedures, quality, controls and metrics.         
  • Ability to decipher business needs of multiple individuals/groups and translate that information into systemic requirements or enhancements to improve a process.
  • Ability to span across organization with a high level understanding of all servicing related functions, solid understanding of Commercial loan documentation, accounting, and asset management business.
