Prudential is now hiring an Associate Manager in our Shelton, CT location. We are looking for a passionate individual with the desire and ability to influence and implement change. This highly motivated candidate will possess the skills needed to foster relationships while leading a team of Case Managers in support of our vision to become the #1 annuity service provider.


Under direction of the New Business Manager, responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team of 10 - 15 Case Managers. Incumbent has full supervisory responsibility including coaching and performance management. Will organize the workflow of associates to provide the most effective and efficient service while recognizing and recommending operational improvements. Coordinates work activities to achieve expected productivity goals and meet operational requirements. Ensures work produced meets or exceeds product, service, and quality standards. Develops short/long-term customer service objectives. Responsible for the day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures. Responsible for escalation management and facilitating exception decisions.



  • Typically requires three to five years management experience.
  • Financial services background a plus.
  • Based on product line, may be required to obtain securities license.
