Description
Responsible for the daily operational performance of a customer service team assigned to managing formal written customer service complaints for products aligned with  Individual Life Insurance Policyholder Services.  The incumbent will be  accountable for the overall performance and administrative activities for a staff of 10-15 associates.  Organizing the workflow of associates to provide the most effective and efficient service in accordance with established policies and procedures, providing guidance and counsel to associates and  ensuring good customer relations are essential for successful performance in this assignment. Recognizing, recommending and implementing operational improvements and ensuring adherence to day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures are also critical to individual and team success. Reporting directly to an Operational Manager, the incumbent has full supervisory responsibility including hiring, performance management, coaching and development of the staff that they lead.

  • FINRA Series 6 license or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire and FINRA Series 26 license or ability to obtain within one year of hire are required for this position.
