Client Coordinator Job Listing at Prudential in Dresher, PA (Job ID REC0000P)
Group Insurance is looking for an experienced professional with excellent collaboration, communication, negotiation and partnering skills with experience managing client relationships. This position has ownership of the administration and account support of a book of new and in-force cases.
This position will work closely with Operations, Account Management, Sales, Brokers and Clients to ensure customers who purchase Recordkeeping Services receive a world class service experience which sets Prudential apart from its competitors. The position is expected to define, develop and provide information and analysis to drive the decision-making process and support business operations for internal and external customers.
Skills critical to this career path include project management, leadership and business expertise. Responsibilities may include: Conducting research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues and developing formal recommendations for presentation to management; Working with customer to generate solutions to business needs and then planning/implementing those solutions; Leading efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures for the assigned business areas; Participating in presentations for internal/external business partners and clients; Directing associates on project sub-teams. Incumbents typically have strategic focus with long-term focus on implementation and continuous improvement of project management standards and procedures. Possess cross division/Company-wide business knowledge. Work independently and with management to scope, plan and manage complex project efforts.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record that reflects outstanding client relationship management skills and ability to lead project assignments. Prospective candidates will play a leadership role in internal partnership meetings and ongoing in client relationships. A demonstrated knowledge of group insurance, industry product offerings and services, auditing, compliance, quality and claims processing are preferred. The qualified candidate should have high energy level and expect a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field is preferred.
- Insurance industry or related field experience (3years+)
- Proven results orientation and ability to meet deadlines
- Proven track record in Process Management
- Experience working with Sales and Brokers
- Excellent relationship building skills both internally and externally
- Strong ability to motivate others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to travel periodically
