The Client Product Specialist will support the disability claim management team, account management team and sales team by handling client/claim related matters with a focus on customer satisfaction as an expert in a product line. This position will assist in the management of the relationship between the disability claim operation, Sales and Account Management, and the client. 

The Client Product Specialist leads efforts to develop new and revised processes/procedures/communications initiatives for assigned specialty area. Conducts research and analysis to identify business opportunities and to ensure that the business is prepared for change. This position will interface with internal and external clients as well as outside vendors.

• Disability Product Subject Matter Expert - 5+ years of experience
• Experience and Knowledge of Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, FML, state-mandated plans and ERISA. Workers' Compensation experience is a plus
• Knowledge of and/or experience working with Account Management and clients
• Knowledge of and/or experience working w/ Account Management to resolve customer issues
• Knowledge of and/or experience working w/ claims organization
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent relationship building and partnership skills
• Ability to create, document, and execute action plans
• Presentation and/or training experience
• Experience with visio, excel and other Microsoft software
• Travel approximately 20% 
• Team player with focus on customer service
• Ability to work independently, and to deal with changing priorities and multiple tasks
• Ability to manage issues/problems form beginning to completion
• Excellent organization skills and high level of work discipline
