PREI has a Sr. Internal Communications position available in its Executive and Administration Department. The ideal candidate would provide support to the VP, PREI Business Communications with all communications, including both internal and external events; oversight of internal social media intranet; management and content creation of some client-facing communications including websites, and implementation of some marketing programs.

General responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will oversee and manage content for PREI's intranet, including writing and posting content, minimal graphics, liaison with Technology

  • Modernize and maintain website

  • Manage the development of ongoing communication vehicles

  • Provide direct communication support and strategic counseling to internal business partners

  • Gather information regarding current trends in social media, events, etc.

  • Consolidate information about industry conferences, organizations, etc.

  • Draft content for advertising, region profiles and other marketing pieces

  • Possibly oversee some video production


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of corporate communications or public relations experience in the financial services industry
  • Superior written communication, editing skills; excellent grammar and punctuation is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex messages clearly to a variety of audiences
  • Acute attention to detail and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner with all levels of associates in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to consistently exceed deliverables in a high volume production environment; must be able to manage workflow and handle multiple projects
  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
  • International perspective
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Bachelors of Art or Bachelors of Science preferred
