Description
Prudential Asset Resources is seeking an experienced Construction Manager. This position will be located in Dallas, Texas, and report to the Director of FHA/Construction.

Position is responsible for performing all aspects of construction asset management and servicing for a portfolio of assets for multiple capital sources (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, General Account, HUD, etc.) and product types (multi-family, healthcare, assisted living facilities, etc.).  This role requires and understanding of the construction industry, prior experience completing site inspections, the ability to successfully manage projects/timelines, and a strong commercial servicing/asset management background.   Position interacts with various internal and external clients, (borrowers, investors, bond trustees, architects, inspectors, etc.) and I s able to resolve issues affecting multiple parties with minimal assistance.
Role is responsible for performing all aspects of Construction Loan Servicing, inclusive of: 
         Detailed review of construction and reserve draws to ensure compliance with loan documentation, budget allocation, engineering recommendations, etc.
         Final Endorsement Closing Process (conversion from construction to permanent).
         Complete site inspections
         Administer change orders/permission to occupy process.
         Manage escrow releases and monthly billing process.

         Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Construction management preferred but not required.  Will consider prior work experience in lieu of degree.
         5+ years of commercial mortgage or asset management experience.
         2-5 years of experience completing commercial site inspections.
         Previous experience managing large scale projects.
         Understanding of construction industry
         Proven ability to interact with internal and external clients.
         Prior experience working with various agencies/investors.
         Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize work based on established deadlines.
         Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
