Customer Service Associate Job Listing at Prudential in dresher, PA
Under general supervision, provides information to investors, policyholders, insureds and/or financial advisors, field force and home office staff. Receives, evaluates and answers customer inquiries which are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures. Handles situations that may require extensive research. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, providing information, referrals, routine transactions troubleshooting. May promote products/services and provides technical guidance, information and procedural advice on a variety of complex customer service issues requiring knowledge of financial products and transaction. Refers to department records and/or may consult with appropriate parties for needed information. Requires extensive knowledge of company, products, and/or services. May be a unit product expert or have knowledge of multiple products. Typically has over three years of directly related customer service experience. According to product line, may be required to obtain license. Duties are those at the top non-supervisory level of the Customer Service Representative career family.
