Unique opportunity that exists within Prudential Group Insurance .  The Director, Business Process Management will have valuable opportunities to enhance their current skill set by learning new process improvement, change management and coaching strategies as well as broadening their visibility and exposure to Senior Management through strategic project work.
 
Director, Business Process Management
 
         Serves as an internal consultant during change transformation projects across the organization
         Responsible for conducting or directing operational diagnostics through varied methods
         In conjunction with various business resources and subject matter experts, leads problem-solving and surfaces opportunities and solutions to improve business processes and create efficiencies
         Works with subject matter experts and business leaders to design enhanced processes, organizational structure and management systems to improve the customer experience
         Builds and enhances the capability of others through role modeling, training and coaching
         Partners with business leaders to develop material for broad based business implementation of enhances processes, organizational structure and management systems.
 
This position can be located in the following areas: Roseland, NJ, Portland, Maine, Dresher, PA, Scottsdale, AZ
 

Qualifications:
         Demonstrated leadership and change management capability
         High learning aptitude and change agility
         Experience with training and coaching both front line and senior managers
         Proven meeting and workshop facilitation skills
         Ability to travel to various business locations
         Adept in use of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
         Experience in Lean principles a plus
