Prudential Huntoon Paige Associates LLC, (PHPAL) is PMCC's FHA lending division. PHPAL is a leading provider of FHA-insured commercial mortgages on multi-family and health care properties.

PHPAL is considering Director-level Originator(s) candidates to join the organization. This position will be directly responsible for sourcing and originating FHA insured mortgage investments.  There is opportunity for the position to be based in one of the multiple locations throughout the organization in which PMCC has office, including DC Metro, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, Newark, New York or San Francisco.
 
Responsibilities:

• Acts as the central point of contact for borrowers, intermediaries and internal team members. Manage all aspects of loan origination process, including presentations to senior management, debt structuring, pricing strategy, transaction negotiation.


• Develop and cultivate high quality relationships with new prospects, while maintaining and building enduring relationships with existing institutional clients.


• Develop and maintain relationships with HUD/FHA Offices.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in originating FHA Multifamily and/or Healthcare business.
• Qualified and interested candidates must have a quantifiable track record in business development with the proven ability to develop, cultivate and manage high quality relationships with intermediaries and borrowers
• A leader and team player, candidates must work well in a multi-functional collaborative environment and demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
• 4-year college degree in real estate, finance or a related field is a plus.
