As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support a Director, Human Resources in partnering with Sales business partners in achieving their HR needs. Key responsibilities of the position:

Builds and maintains a relationship with the Annuities Inside Sales client group to assist in the development, implementation and administration of human resources programs and policies. Consults with Inside Sales Managers on day-to-day HR issues, questions, and employee relations concerns. Performs trend and root cause analysis in partnership with the HR Director on significant HR issues and on the deployment of large initiatives.

Additional responsibilities include HR reporting and analysis, and assisting with the implementation, administration and project management of human resources programs and initiatives (Performance Management, Compensation, Diversity, EOS and Employee Engagement Initiatives).

Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience
Must be highly collaborative with team, share best practices and offer innovative solutions
Ability to manage client expectations, effective prioritization and completion of multiple projects
Conduct research, develop analysis, and prepare presentations or proposals.
Able to execute Human Resource processes and initiatives (Performance Management, Compensation, Diversity, and other Employee Engagement Programs).
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related field of study.
Highly proficient Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with and support all levels of staff.
Ability to travel periodically (primarily to Prudential's offices in Fort Washington and other locations as required.
