In this position you will be trained as a licensed financial professional in our Customer Value Center. Becoming a Life Product Specialist can be a springboard to a successful career with Prudential, a world leader in financial services.
 
As a Life Product Specialist, you will provide advanced service and support to Prudential's clients and distribution partners.  Your key objective in this position will be to re-educate Prudential's clients about the features and benefits of their existing life insurance policies, while also providing other options that Prudential has to meet each client's unique financial needs.   You will receive extensive training on Life Insurance products, sales techniques, and the systems you will use.
 
We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to join our existing inbound call center teams.  Our associates develop a solid foundation of Prudential's life insurance products, and the technical expertise gained in this position is a significant stepping stone for advancement throughout the company.  Our new hire training and ongoing coaching programs have proven to provide the support and technical knowledge for individuals to be successful.
 
 

Prudential offers an extensive training program, which includes:
-Training for your FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations and 50 state insurance licensing.   All registration fees and training materials paid by Prudential.
-12 week paid training on Prudential's life insurance products, systems and procedures.
-Continuing education credentials paid by Prudential.
-Ongoing coaching and career development
 
Qualifications for this position include:
-Excellent verbal and written skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
-Previous sales or customer service experience.
-Outstanding active listening skills and the ability to engage customers to determine their unique financial needs and preferences.
-Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multi-task between multiple computer applications.
 
We also prefer, but do not require:
-Knowledge of life insurance products, or other experience in the Financial Industry.
-A college degree.
-FINRA registration for series 6 & 63 (Variable) and Florida Life and Variable license
 
Hours:
-The hours of operation for the Customer Value Center are 8:00am - 8:00pm ET.
-Upon completion of training, the typical shift for new hires is 12:00pm - 8:00pm ET.  Alternative shifts for new hires may be immediately available based on business need.
-Upon completion of training, Prudential offers many flexible work arrangements including compressed work week (four 10 hour workdays) and work from home opportunities.
