The Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac division of PMCC is seeking a Loan Closing Processor.   We are seeking a highly motivated individual for placement as a Loan Processor on our Closing team.  An ideal candidate will be self-motivated and comfortable working with individuals both co-located in the same office as the candidate as well as elsewhere throughout the U.S.  This position is located in PMCC's Arlington office and will report to Loan Closing Director. 
 
Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
  • Perform standard office duties (supplies due diligence/ordering, mailings, file preparation and organization, other administrative duties as needed)

  • Interact with originators and underwriters in connection with loan closings

  • Perform loan database functions in connection to the loan closing process

  • Assist Closers in collection of loan closing materials from borrower team in preparation of loan closings packages

  • Set up due diligence checklists and forms

  • Coordinate calendar for loan closings and arrange travel logistics for Closing team members

  • Assist Closing team in maintaining data integrity in loan database

  • Upload required documentation into loan database

  • Assist in the assembly, copying and distribution of loan closing material

  • Provide Lender Counsel with requested documentation


  • Strong office administration skills
  • Relevant work experience in a mortgage business strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask on several transactions at once
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) & ability to learn new applications
  • Ability to work over-time when necessary
