 Agency Distribution is Prudential's nationwide sales organization.
 
The Marketing Associate will assist the sales professional in office management functions. This job is primarily clerical support with some limited marketing support duties. No licenses are required. Specific duties and functions are determined by the sales professional in accordance with company policy.
 Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Prepare client approved simple and individual marketing correspondence, for sales professional's signature, as appropriate
·         Perform office administrative functions
·         Assure that client files are properly established and maintained and adhere to compliance and document retention guidelines
·         Maintain accurate records on clients and prospects
·         Maintain sales professional's calendar, schedule appointments, etc.
·         Update client file and client contact logs 
·         Update computer and software
·         Date stamp incoming mail
·         Order and maintain supplies
·         Meet with direct supervisors to review goals, progress, and priorities
·         Attend mandatory Company training sessions, e.g. Compliance, Document Retention
·         Attend non-mandatory agency meetings when agreed upon by sale professional
·         Answer incoming telephone calls and assist walk in clients
·         Handle routine service work for which license is not required
·         Answer policyowner inquiries
·         If appropriate to the office, accept premium payments from clients and properly account for all monies received

Qualifications:
·         Client Service skills
·         Organizational and time management skills
·         Interpersonal and communications skills
·         Ability to prioritize work in a busy environment
·         Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
·         Ability to work in a team environment
·         Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
·         Telemarketing skills a plus
·         High School Education or the equivalent
·         One to three years business experience needed, preferably in the financial services industry
