Quantitative Management Associates ("QMA") LLC a subsidiary of Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution of production of marketing materials in accordance with the goals of internal clients and the organization. This position will be located in Newark, NJ and reports to the VP, of Marketing Communications.

Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate and prepare presentations, customized marketing collaterals to be used in client and consultant meetings and/or with potential clients
Responsible for working with client service, sales and portfolio managers to create and produce presentations and marketing materials used in both Institutional and Retail channels
Compilation of data to produce the timely update of client and firm material on a monthly and/ or quarterly basis
Understand the scope and business reasons for a project, communicate design ideas to internal clients
Ability to plan a project including timing and manage clients' expectations
Provide full back-up support to manager and presentations team

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in financial services; preferably in marketing communications; knowledge of equities market preferred
Proficiency with MS office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word; Bloomberg and FactSet knowledge preferred, but not required
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work under time pressure and manage competing priorities
Strong analytical skills, high aptitude for numbers and attention to detail
Professional maturity to interact with senior management as required
During peak production periods must be able to work after regular work hours
