Description
Manages a Business as Usual development effort or assists in the management of a Program systems development effort. Implements change control processes, prepares project plans and leads factor analyses. Ensures that project meets cost, schedule and quality requirements. Description/Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Salesforce.com platform
- Responsible for overseeing customer service to all users,
managing and executing multiple strategic and business initiatives and providing management support when needed
- Play an integral role in developing and expanding the use of
Salesforce.com for the Field
- Manage, prioritize and execute on a dynamic portfolio of
Salesforce.com enhancements and projects that span over multiple business functions.
- Promotes growth activities and sales efficiency leveraging
solutions created in Salesforce.com
- Works with users, IT and Salesforce.com staff on upgrades and
enhancements based on future releases, user feedback and recommendations and evolving business needs such as the creation of new operating practices in the field
- Collaborate with business partners and Learning and development
on user adoption and training for all field positions. Other Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversight of customer service and production support,
troubleshooting with IT groups and Salesforce.com
- Analyze new Salesforce.com capabilities and possible use in the
platform
- Provide clear solutions and the ability to influence
recommendations for an optimal solution
- Manage license requirements and user access/profiles
- Basic report creation, escalated user help requests, workflow
creation and management, document management, data cleanup/data management
- Assist Marketing and internal sales organization to develop and
execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce.com

- BS/BA Degree
- experience with salesforce.com platform
- product knowledge and business/marketplace intelligence ofgroup insurance sales and account management practices
- High level of strategic thinking with the ability to integrateknowledge of diverse business functions and apply consultingprocesses
- Ability to articulate and promote a vision that is based on adepth and breadth of the strategic direction ofcorporation
