Description
Procure to Pay (P2P) Manager position within the Oracle eBusiness Application Support in Enterprise Services and Financial Systems (ESFS).

The Oracle eBusiness Application Support Team is responsible for Oracle Financials Application Support and provides Subject Matter Expertise for the following modules in the Oracle Financials Suite:
  • General Ledger

  • Purchasing

  • Accounts Payable

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Property Manager

  • Fixed Assets


This functional position is in our P2P Team and involves performing various business analysis functions including:
  • Supporting major Procurement projects, such as the implementation of new businesses. This includes supporting all phases of full lifecycle implementations.

  • Supporting business as usual (BAU) initiatives and ongoing functional development of the Oracle P2P modules.

  • Working with the Oracle Help Desk in resolving production issues for P2P applications

  • Identifying needed process improvements and working with business partners to effectively implement change


Supporting the above requires configuration expertise in various aspects of Oracle functionality, including:
  • Oracle Purchasing and iProcurement configuration

  • Multi-Org Configuration

  • Accounts Payable configuration

  • Solid knowledge of Oracle Purchasing integration with the General Ledger and Accounts Payable modules.


  • Undergraduate degree. Major in Accounting, Finance or Management Information Systems preferred.
  • Strong partnering skills, problem solving and issue resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working under tight time constraints
  • Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in implementing R12 Oracle Purchasing and iProcurement.
  • Candidate must have experience with at least 2 full lifecycle R12 Purchasing and iProcurement implementations.
  • Basic Oracle R12 Procurement technical knowledge (Basic PL/SQL skills, knowledge of key tables, packages, interfaces) is required
  • Consulting experience is preferred
